The Team
Ibiza Wedding Celebrants was founded by Melchior Arnold and Catherine Monahan, both personal and business partners with a shared passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences.
Melchior, a celebrated wedding officiant with over 20 years of experience and more than 800 weddings to his name, is one of Ibiza’s most beloved celebrants. His charisma, exceptional public speaking skills, and deep love for life and romance have endeared him to couples from around the world. In addition to his role as a celebrant, Melchior is also an energetics empowerment coach and is an owner of award-winning Nagai restaurant in Ibiza.
Catherine, a dedicated teacher and practitioner of Integrative Quantum Medicine, shares a deep love for romance and animals. She founded Dreamstellar Wellness Academy and owns a branded drinks company. She has officiated weddings across Europe, bringing her unique warmth and experience to every celebration. Together, they blend their talents to create magical, personalised ceremonies that reflect each couple’s unique love story.
